Meeting of Unit Representatives of the Office of External Relations

An online meeting was organized by the Office of External Relations on November 27, 2024, with the participation of academic unit representatives. 

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the Coordinator of External Relations and the office staff to the unit representatives, provide internal stakeholders with information about the activities, roles, and responsibilities of the office, and exchange ideas on how the Office and the representatives can collaborate in the future. 

During the meeting, Dr. Gül Deniz DEMİREL AYDEMİR, Coordinator of External Relations, provided details about the units operating under the office, including Bilateral Agreements, Visiting Students, and Visiting Researchers. She also outlined the expectations from unit representatives. 

With the participation of approximately 70 representatives from various academic units, the meeting lasted for almost two hours. In the last half-hour, the questions of the unit representatives were addressed, and joint evaluations were made based on their suggestions and recommendations.
